Learning Innovation through Technology

I am Managing Director in Flex Labs, Harvest's Digital Learning division. My role is to partner with our clients to create world-class and leading-edge learning experiences for their people. I also work closely with our team of Learning Specialists to drive the use of technology in their programmes.

I have over fifteen years' of experience in Learning and Development. My passion and expertise are in eLearning, social learning, game-based learning and project management.

My qualifications include a Master’s Degree in eLearning (MSc) from Dublin Institute of Technology and a Master’s Degree in Project Management (MBS) from the Smurfit Business School, UCD. I previously lectured with NUI Maynooth in Project Management and I’m a regular platform speaker with the Irish Institute of Training and Development and the Irish Sales Institute. I represented Harvest at two international conferences recently, presenting on the subject of eLearning and ePortfolios at the 11th Annual eLearning Conference in Lisbon, Portugal in summer 2017 and the Annual Forum on Digital Learning and ePortfolios, which took place in Washington D.C in January 2018.

I love sport particularly rugby and played with Bective Rangers for a number of years. I also compete in triathlons during the summer.
