MY STORY: ANGE N'ZOUNZOU
As a learning solutions project specialist in the training design and delivery team of a global organisation, my role is to provide internal learning solutions at all level of the business and across all divisions. I work in various learning solutions projects such as providing learning advisory for integrated and innovative solutions, designing digital learning contents and facilitating virtual learning events.
Before completing the e-learning essentials course, my experience with e-learning was limited so I was keen to complete a course where I could learn the fundamentals and apply the best practices.
MY STORY: JOHN ENGLISH

MY STORY: JOHN ENGLISH
My name is John English and I currently work as a Senior eLearning Developer at Poppulo. My career started as a trainer and an instructor purely delivering live, classroom based training. When I started working in a corporate tech environment, it was clear to me that you couldn't get everyone in a room all the time, you couldn't rely on yourself as your key training aid and people wanted to learn when it suited them and choose the content that related to them. It was immediately clear to me I needed more innovative ways of delivering training, without a trainer and to leverage tech. I needed to learn new skills to create learning experiences that would suit the constantly changing learner, not just suiting my strengths and preferred delivery style.
MY STORY: Cliona Olohan

MY STORY: Cliona Olohan
I graduated from college two years ago, but it was during this time I decided to seek out a career in this field. I completed a work placement in a HR department where the company were just introducing elearning, so I was lucky to have this experience of witnessing the early stages of incorporating elearning into a business strategy. I went on to write a 13,000-word thesis focused on how elearning influences performance and the impacts of reduced socialisation in training. So it really was early in my career I decided to dive in to this niche field.
